Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Planinf Games, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to the Planinf Games catalog, editorial pages, player links, favorites, comments, and other site features. A third-party game or service may impose additional terms.

Eligibility

User Comments

You remain responsible for the display name and comment text you submit. Do not post personal information, confidential material, links, or content you do not have the right to share.

By submitting a comment, you grant Planinf Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that comment only as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and maintain the comment feature and the associated game page. This license ends when the comment is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backups, security records, and legal retention.

Moderation and Removal

We may screen, hold, reject, edit for technical formatting, or remove comments that violate these Terms, create risk, are off-topic, or interfere with the service. We are not required to publish every submission or preserve comments indefinitely.

Comment display names are not authenticated identities. Do not rely on a comment as an official statement from Planinf Games or a game provider.

Third-Party and Embedded Games

Games are embedded or linked from third-party providers. Planinf Games does not operate the game code and does not control in-game content, provider advertising, data collection, purchases, availability, updates, or compatibility.

Your interaction with a game is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy policy. Stop using a game if you do not accept the provider's practices.

Intellectual Property and Rights Requests

The Planinf Games interface, original site copy, organization, and site branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game names, artwork, code, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No display on Planinf Games grants a license to use a provider's game, artwork, or trademark outside the access offered on the site. We may perform maintenance or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requests, or service operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Planinf Games is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Game guides and compatibility notes are provided for general information. Browser, device, provider, and game updates can change how a title behaves.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Planinf Games and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the site, an embedded game, external content, saved browser data, or user comments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to waive.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to site features when a visitor violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates security or legal risk, or repeatedly interferes with other users. You may stop using Planinf Games at any time and clear locally stored site data through your browser.

Severability
